What is your returns policy?

We use a Print On Demand platform. This means your product doesn’t exist until you order it. To prevent waste, please check the size guide before ordering items. We cannot replace items if you ordered the wrong size.

If your item arrives damaged in some way, please email us explaining the problem and include a photograph.

How do your sizes compare?

Our clothes are regular size and fit comparable to most brands. So order your usual size. We are EU based, so the sizes may correspond to a smaller size in the US market, so US customers should order a size up. We provide sizing details within the size description.

How long does shipping take?

Since we make all our items fresh, getting it to you can take a bit longer - a few days to around a week. We send it express so it is as fast as it can be once the product is made.

We work with a number of Print On Demand services so as to supply the best quality garments, prints, and embroidery we could find. This could mean that items are shipped to you from different locations at different times, to get items to you as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience.
